You are purchasing a digital machine quilting file, not a physical item. Once payment is complete an email will be sent with a secure link to the file, which will last 24 hours after the first download. Please check spam/junk folders. All design formats are included in a single zipped file which you must unzip and transfer to your longarm machine.

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final, but please let me know if you have problems with this design. Also, due to the many computer operating systems, I cannot offer support in those areas.
